Brea Water Heater Co. is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals by phone. We are not a plumbing contractor, and we do not perform, supervise or control any water heater work.
Independent contractors
The professionals we connect you with are independent contractors, not employees or agents of this site. They decide how to perform the work, they set their own prices, and they are responsible for the work they do. Any agreement for work is between you and the professional. Any workmanship guarantee on completed work comes from the professional who performs it, so ask the pro how it applies to your job.
No guarantee of availability
We aim to answer calls 24/7 and to dispatch the same day where available. We do not guarantee that a professional will be available at a particular time or in a particular place, or that a call will result in a visit.
Prices
This site does not state prices. The price for any work is explained by the professional before work begins. You are free to decline an offer and to seek another.
Information on this site
